陈文，男，1988年出生，中国科学院云南天文台助理研究员。2021至2022年在瑞典国立射电天文台Onsala天文台进行博士联合培养，2023年获得中国科学院大学（中国科学院云南天文台）博士学位。2024年入选云南省“兴滇英才”支持计划。主要研究方向为射电天文领域，基于甚长基线干涉测量（VLBI）观测射电星、脉冲星、致密天体与暂现源等，进行天体物理和天体测量研究。已在MNRAS等国内外知名天文学期刊上发表学术论文10余篇。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金2项，承担云南省基金1项；作为任务负责人或项目课题骨干参与中国科学院重大科技任务2项。

（1）国家自然科学基金面上基金项目，最亮毫秒脉冲星J0437-4715的极高精度距离测量及引力常数G变化率的高精度约束，2026.01-2029.12，主持
