The solar magnetic field is responsible for most of solar activities. The generation of the magnetic field is a central issue in solar physics. It is generally believed that the magnetic field is generated by dynamo near the base of the convection zone. Here we discuss how to use helioseismic methods to detect magnetic fields in the solar interior.
